Well, most of what I was explaining still applies regardless, but "tract housing" was the development push beginning in the 40s after the big one, and in the 50s and 60s was the main thrust of home expansion.

We use www.RentalHomePros.com which allows us to push ads to many web sites from the one post and we can push it to Craigslist as a good looking HTML ad in just a few seconds.

You won't be able to push responsibility for the minimum requirements to the tenant/buyer without violation your legal obligations as a landlord.Some "maintenance" might be quite expensive.

If you watch Craigslist closely you will see how many ads are placed daily and within a few minutes after you post your ad it is pushed down the list quickly as more posts are listed.I also found it takes about a week of consistently posting before your replies start to improve.

That is the canned response from the loan officer level and mid management, as they want the loan to remain in the portfolio, selling like this puts a new twist on the timing question of how long they might keep that loan.Actually, when push comes to shove, they don't do it since the rate on the contrcat is higher than the note rate.I use to send the lender a letter saying that I was selling on the 15th (whatever) of the following month together with other information about the deal.
