Perhaps just work harder at your job and with a little luck you'll get a promotion or something and a $2 buck an hour raise, because you will never be a real estate millionaire, or even a moderate realestate success if you do not invest and study these two courses.

Investing where I live and work is exciting for many reasons, financially of course, but also relationally, spiritually, and psychologically to be rooted and invested in a place and to actively promote the well being of that place. 

It may not be an issue but would be worth discussing with the promoter.  

Seems to me I'd be rather cautious about blindly following the theories promoted by that author unless they really checked out.So, what is it about these note gurus or any guru for that matter in areas of RE where common sense seems to be tossed aside?
