We have already qualified for financing and submitted a letter direct from the lender, LOI and our bio (very impressive bio).

Always good to also send a certified letter when you do a 3 day as well as any other documentation, it doesn't have to be - but it's recommended.

Sounds like you have two different issues: You have a tenant asking for his security deposit back, and you have someone living in your apartment who shouldn't be there.The current resident first: Does this sub-letter have any intentions of leaving at the end of the lease?

If bank will not answer I am pretty sure he has received a letter from the bank or foreclosure attorney handling the case.
