does any one have a valid skip tracing site that gives numbers???

I just stumbled across this awesome site today and decided to sign up.I'm looking forward to gaining new knowledge from all of you, as well as doing my part and contributing to the pot of knowledge.Oh, and I'm also looking forward to making boat loads of money in 2007 and beyond!

Ok, these guys inspire me, and the show is great, but not being in REI very long, what is fluff, what is drama, what is the director on site telling them to do, stage, etc.Any comments?

Hi, I am new to this site pretty new to REI.

I stumbled across this site while searching the internet for any kind of real estate investment info I could find.

I have been looking at this site now for a coulpe of weeks and it's amazing how much useful information is avaliable.

I just discovered this site it looks great.I am also an experienced S/W developer that has banded together with a team of engineers to make software that works great for small real estate investors.
