I would have a company come in and test if for asbestos.If it is asbestos free, you can spray it down with water in a spray bottle and scrap it off.

Acquired several off market with great margins especially in the Mililani and Salt Lake area.  

Again, this is what I would personally do, so take it with a grain of salt and remember opinions are like a$$holes... everybody has one, but you only have worry about your own!

And, really, with key word alerts running rampant on the internet, first time posters endorsing some guru or product is taken with a pound of salt here, not just a grain.

But that is a much better shot at cash flow than REI.Okay, now I'll get off my salt box.

But I'd take anyone's prediction on rental rates with a grain of salt and more than a dash of "show me".

I would advise taking these with a grain of salt because some can overpromise, but if you ask them to show you the data behind the projections this can also be a way to accurately project what your returns will be.
