I sweep or vacuum the common entry way about once per month (or as needed) and check that the sidewalks are getting shoveled and salted in the winter.If I am needed at any of my rentals, I tend to at least drive by the others since they are within a few blocks of each other, just out of habit.

You really have to take per square foot numbers with a grain of salt as that figure represents heated square feet generally and you can have a lot of additional non finished space as well as varying garage sizes.

My advice might be a bit controversial, so take it with a grain of salt...Just be true to yourself.When I got into the business, I felt pressured to do the typical realtor activities that I personally hated, IE cold calling, door knocking, begging for referrals, pestering family and friends with scripts.Because I hated being a pest, my motivation to keep on was draining.

This number seems much more realistic than the 18000 I was getting before...I have no idea where I did my calculation wrong the first time through...I guess my brain was just mush last night.This changes the insulation and drywall/insulation/total project costs down to: Spray Foam Insulation Per board foot 10,000 $5,500.00 Wall Board Per SF 5,000 $5,550.00 Total - - $76,545.00 This seems much more reasonable and in line with what I was expecting to see.
