I'm working on building a landing page for the state of Utah and cities of Ogden, Salt Lake City, and Provo.

Hi Matt Smith , I'm not an expert on Airbnb investing so take my advice with a grain of salt...

This property seems like a good deal to me but we don't have things like $25k houses around me and something about that makes me nervous so take my opinion with a grain of salt. 

In my RE classes, we were instructed that if we were ever in a situation with other RE agents and a discussion  of commissions came up, we were to loudly excuse ourselves from the conversation in order to avoid charges of price fixing.If you are worth your salt, stick to your commissions. 

@Brandon Hall- By chance, and this is a LONG shot, do you know any good RE Tax Accountants in the Salt Lake area? 

I am new to the real estate too and still learning all the terms and such (was a stock day/swing trader wanting a more passive income) so take my opinion with a grain of salt.
