Looking back, do you think there were things you could have done to speed up the process?

Here's some backstory before I get to the details - I am in the process of evicting one of the tenants in that 4 unit for multiple lease violations (non-payment of rent, installed a window a/c unit and has not taken it out despite multiple warnings, and has had 2 people living in the unit who are not on the lease for the last 6mo).

Why not at least give someone a courtesy call after they sign up to be sure they understand the set up process?

If they don't pay rent to you you can start the eviction process.

At this point, I wouldn’t worry about how great of a tenant she has been and start eviction process.

THat is a lot of data to process@Maxwell Milholland My advice would be start local with areas you know.

It was a simply process.
