In addition to the upfront financing, I would recommend thinking about property management, cash management and exit strategy.PM:  200 separate properties is a lot of driving, a lot of tenant relationships, and a lot of monthly bookkeeping, a lot of mental space occupied.

We even received phone calls from clients who are begging us to at least help them get their money back or to just tell us that they are on the streets and homeless because of what Xp911 did or that they don’t have the money to even buy gifts for their kids this holiday season because they paid the upfront fee up to their last penny, with the hope of starting a business for their family’s better and brighter future.Yes, we admit that once upon a time, we’ve been a part of this scheme but things have gotten worse lately and the mental stress that we are getting from this company is also unbearable to say the least.

I'm saying it's very prudent to prioritize capital preservation, then yields, when you see a yield curve inversion and most investors would be wise to study macro as much as they study micro.

Keep in mind that the bank's role is limited to simply providing the account (i.e. no tax reporting, no recordkeeping, etc.) such you may wish to de-prioritize familiarity with Solo 401k plans and focus on other things that are important to you (i.e. branch locations, fees, etc.).If you want the ability to invest in stocks, mutual funds, etc., you will need a brokerage account.
