This 2 flat has just been very extensively rehabbed. 1st fl is a 2150 sq ft duplexed down unit with 4 bd/2 ba - with in unit laundry. 2nd fl is a 1100 sq ft 3 bd/2 ba apartment with laundry in the basement.

If the tenant-buyer does not complete the rehab in time they would need to find a lender that would lend on a fixer-upper or request an extension for the option so they can complete the work.Just seems like a lot of different things happening and the numbers are not adding up for a lease option.
