Yes,When you structure your deal, be wary of a few things:- Your rent credit cannot be ridiculously high, when the tenant/buyer decides to start executing, the banks will need to see credibility in the monthly payments.

I have literally seen values plummet, because a developer has sloppy CCR’s, and some builder decides to go cheap and uses vinyl siding, when the rest of the builders have been using stone and stucco.
