I have a background in architecture and LEED (green building), so my expertise would be in creative use of layouts and zoning/building opportunities. 

I like to connect with other investors, lenders, a RE mentor, etc, and I am willing to extend my professional knowledge/expertise in exchange for knowledge sharing.

Of course this is all done in the private sector but I have seen banks partner on loans as well  but again those tend to be very large deals.

@Sam Silverman Having the core market fundamentals in place is crucial for mitigating downside risk: diversified sectors, pop/rent growth, school systems, etc.I'm interested to hear more about why you're investing in Class B and above assets in primary markets.
