This property for Burger King could have been a individual franchisee store, a larger franchisee, a subsidiary group of parent corp Burger King ,or a guarantee from Burger King itself.

The property is right next to the corner of two major, commercial streets.There is a restaurant to the right of this place, and a bakery to the left, and even a convenience store directly in front of it, on the other side of the street.

Recently, I have had to take over my father small country store due to his health issues.

You don't want to put your home address on there however.You can get a mailbox at one of the UPS stores that will look like a real address rather than one you get at the post office that is a PO Box.Be sure to put an address on there because of return mail.

Oh, and "Going Out of Business" mattress stores.
