IE:1) Redo the lighting, maybe add some accent or can lights2) Redo the trim, or add some wainscotting and/or chair rail3) Patch up holes at the windows, and put in nice window treatments4) Do fancy shelving or rods in the closet5) New flooring or refinish wood floors6) Finish it off by trying to do a top quality paint job on the trim, walls, and ceiling.That's a simple project that is actually quite difficult - many different skills needed to do it.

Screw that baby into the floor joists and wall studs with lag bolts, drill holes in the steel side for the power and video cables.I use this for my reno property (I run one at a time), and I'm in and out of the place with questionable helpers I don't know well.
