I would never want a tenant screwing in a shower curtain rod because they could permanently put holes in your tile.

Screw that baby into the floor joists and wall studs with lag bolts, drill holes in the steel side for the power and video cables.I use this for my reno property (I run one at a time), and I'm in and out of the place with questionable helpers I don't know well.
