My fiancee owns a business, and I am an entrepreneurial-minded engineering student currently working as a drafter / project manager for a local manufacturing company.

I am an engineer (19 yrs), I love my profession, and plan to pursue it, in one form or another, for the rest of my life.  

I do a lot of the design work and GC-ing as I have a background in engineering and basically nerd out over rehabs and building materials.  

So I am looking for a structural engineer to look at a foundation/ footing for an addition on a property. 

I'm qualified to do this because of my background as a project manager/construction engineer for NYC high-rise projects.

Try to control yourself and turn the engine off and use this space for promoting yourself or saying what you need.

I am a building engineer and see this all the time.

I have an LLC from previous contract work I did as an engineer.

I'm an industrial engineer by trade, and we are always focused on figuring out a fast or efficient way to get things done, so I'll try and write here in the forums about any new and unique analysis or paperwork methodologies I come across in the near future.
