If you wanna know a good trick hang the sheets wall to wall leaving a half inch gap and then hang bed molding in the corner.  

Most big box store stuff is watered down. 

Looked at the store yesterday at different insulation products. 

If you are going to stage I'd imagine you'd like a place to store a majority of your furniture and accessories.

Not the poorest of areas, definitely not the wealthiest of areas, the large local grocery chain still maintains grocery stores there, starbucks/wal greens can be found etc.2 shopping centers, one free standing office building, 3 other mixed use properties that have restaurants, retail and office space.
