I have been using this for the past few months along with Click to Mail for my direct mail and I am getting a ton of return to senders.

I clicked on the link and it shows a different webinar for next Thursday.....ugh.

If you understand this ahead of time then you see the problem i'm talking about.  

The first thing I would do is go to the top of the screen, click on the Analyze tab, click on the fix and flip tab, and fill it out. 

A list is produced, but when you click on it to get information, it says to please contact the tax collector for information on this account.Is this that?
