Hello everyone, Would love to hear your thoughts on what is a fair rate for your GC on walkthroughs (in person, or video chat), rehab estimates (in person or through photos and videos) if you have never worked together?

I'm in my 50's and just heard recently the term " mei ban fa " from watching Youtube videos about china from a caucasian's perspective.
