We have just finished rehabbing an apartment, electrical wiring, plumbing, paint, furniture, everything new.The FIRST vacation rental (Airbnb) host the we received just left and it smelled tobacco like crazy.We made it very clear it was a non-smoking apartment...I will report to Airbnb this situation, however, would like to hear what do you guys think of this

I have the means off getting high end vintage furniture through my wife’s business.

Try a local flooring store and see what they offer...

However it lacks major big box stores, fast food restaurants and boutique shops.

A slightly better location, and about $8-10k worth of furniture that I can use instead of coming out of pocket.

It is a tiny home in the back with a huge lot and a commercial store of 200sqft on the front on a very busy street.
