I called them and the company that lists their properties and they didn't have the address on file at all.

Hi,I work for a foreign company, so they do not file W2s.

The landlord may file for eviction, if the owner of a building with three residential units or less seeks to personally occupy a unit, or has contracted to sell the residential unit to a buyer who wishes to personally occupy it and the contract for sale calls for the unit to be vacant at the time of closing.

Deed is filed with 50/50 ownership, with brother's name and the name of my self-directed IRA both listed.

I file and release liens all the time.

I didn't even think about probably not being able to use the rental income until he files 2017 taxes to help him qualify.  

Will you accept escrow to get the soft collateral file?
