Many of my lower-income tenants do not have a credit card with $800 available credit.I plan to get away from both of these and implement an in-house system this year.  

Is that different between contractor and inspector and how much cost to hire them to inspect give me report total cost for repair or replace like electrical systems or plumbing or roof ?

If it's not broke don't fix it.....If you already have a team and system in Illinois what is the desire to go elsewhere?
