Each situation is unique.

I'm looking to continue to build, learn, and network with fellow vets and people in this group around Houston/Texas who are looking to develop new innovations and provide people with unique experiences.

I am in a somewhat unique situation and would love some references and guidance on the issues I have. 

(So dig a little deeper in area searches) Irvington for buy and hold properties (this area has been unique as well as stable for some time with buy and holds), other areas for fix and flip would be Haughville (truly seeing some changes in the market recently and level of finish to homes), Brightwood, Bates-Hendricks and most recently near Riverside Park bound by 16th St to the North, 10th St on the South- Indiana Ave & River/Fall Creek East & West.

Sure there's bad tenants, bad contractors, and bad investors, but the whole system really incentives people to work together in an honest way. 

I don't see anything hitting commercial as far as usage goes until your building requires fire suppression systems.  

Hello BP world,Relocated to Texas couple years back, trying to get my system and teams together.

Would I still have to wait months and months for it to process or is there a different system because this is specifically an owner occupancy issue.

At the time, I was selling water systems door to door and purchasing property was the furthest thing on my mind.

I've looked into many systems; however, they seem to all require wifi connection to work, which isn't possible since tenants provide their own internet.
