And Yes San Mateo to Mississippi would be a HUGE culture shock LOL There is a new tire factory being built in Hinds County which should help increase property values in Clinton and south Jackson.

By the time we messaged folks about their furniture, haggled over price, scheduled the pickup, rented a truck, etc, we were tired.

I was getting tired of scrolling back and forth with my thumb on my phone.

It is in a very prime business spot and the owner is old and tired and wants to retire.

If they say, "I'm really short this month because my tires needed to be replaced" then you simply remind them of your policy/process when rent is not paid.

I'm tired of the online shops.
