Ultimately the path of least resistance was to amend the operating agreement to remove the self directed IRA as owner as well as amending the online filing to remove it as a member of the LLC entirely.

For some reason, real estate is one of those career paths that people either love or hate.I think the root of it is the experience that their parents had with their primary residence. 

Expand the markets you're in and look for the path least traveled. 

Commuting is the least of your issues.Normally getting to your goal (point B) isn't a straightforward task, and sometimes driving to Ft.

Also if 3% makes a huge difference in your profit margin, then you should consider another path.

There are two varieties of "free and clear sales" in PA - the ones held by the county TCB, and the ones that are held at sheriff sale, and both of those are auctions held at the courthouse (usually).
