Another thing to mention is - you’re building a relationship and reputation with your banking team which will definitely be advantageous in the long term!

Build a strong team and it is do able. 

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to confidently invest in any market.As for picking a specific market - I would go after one with an increasing job and population growth.

Our team is doing a lot mostly in south Texas, but probably are going to be doing other parts of the state!
