I found out about the wholesaling strategy as a means to fund future real estate deals and ever since I've been listening to podcasts related to wholesaling, I even bought some books to educate myself even further into real estate investing.

I’m not at all a school person but sense they will pay me to go and I can use that education to enhance my investor skills I figured why not?

Also MasterMind groups are new to me, but I have heard them mentioned (and as being very beneficial) in the educator circle.

You should also plan to invest in your education by reading books, taking a course, etc.
