My accuracy rate right now is about 70% using WhitePages Premium and BeenVerified.Those sites will give you also cell phone numbers, mailing address and relatives phone numbers (plus social media profiles.)

No need to remove the baseboard bodies, fin and tube in an effort to get better looking/performing fins (IMO).If your baseboards have frozen, the most likely place they split (from what I have seen) is the joint where the fin and tube meets the pipe.
