Etc)Bottom line, my recommendation is that you feel out the personality of the person calling in on the line and respond accordingly.  

No one has ever responded to a request for information using that button.

The excuse doesn't hold water: If the seller doesn't "want stress on the relationship" with relatives by warning them that the house house they're living in is being offered for sale, how are they going to respond when they find out that it's suddenly been sold out from under them without warning?

And Maverick does plan to respond...just not yet.

Newbie here...So I get the concept of wholesaling, but what I'm struggling with is what to actually say to sellers when they responding to a marketing campaign.
