A few years back, when the SREC market was really hot, many apartment buildings were renting their roof tops to solar companies and completing a power purchase agreement with the company.

This included power washing of the roofs.

He does have the power to make you tear everything done and redo the whole project, but if you just let him do his job and politely ask questions, they tend to be very nice individuals with lots of experience and tips.

Although staging a house, or typically a cabin in my case, will make it show better I feel I lose some negotiating power.

The most powerful thing you can tell yourself is that you can do anything and as long as you believe that you will have inner power regardless of others opinions.Often the biggest self-placed limiter is on ourselves putting too much into what others think of us or believe we should be.

I do understand that wholesale is the strategy that all or most gurus tell their suckers, er, uhm, students, as the first strategy to pursue on their way to financial freedom via real estate investing.
