I'm an architect so I would be able to do all the design work and CDs as additional equity in the deal (which you wouldnt have) and, depending on the size of the building, I would GC it also.

It's a classic new investor mistake to start thinking of a way to make more money on a single-family without considering the fact that there are local codes and ordinances designed to prevent that.

Another thing to look out for, is if the pay stubs says the company, in this case it was Ruby Tuesdays on the pay stub with the company logo. 

We had issues with the water department on this property and with engineering on some of our design.

I live just north of central Ocala and their historic district  is currently undergoing renovation with ongoing discussions with the city to designate Wyomina Park as a potential fifth historic district. 

Hi BP community, I'm relaying what I put on my FB page as a way to get input from friends/family on a logo design,  my intent for posting it on BP is two-fold.1) most importantly, get a sense for the potential to try and link non-profits that work with crisis, transitioning, temporary housing with investors/landlords/property managers who may have unutilized / underutilized units that they can put somebody up for a few days to a few months.
