I understand that it takes a lot to get your feet wet and I feel as if I am retaining so much information and learning so much on a daily basis between the multiple podcasts, chapters in books and other sources that some important stuff may be left behind and useless info brought with. 

By investing, I mean actively/daily/full-time.

I had to post it to craigslist on a daily basis in order to get any inquiries.

I’m getting calls and letters to sell on a daily basis.

Not to mention the connections around the country with tens of thousands of agents that I trade information with on a daily basis. 

We are driving for dollars almost daily and want to start sending out letters.

Also, in addition to a bunch of other data, you can sort zip codes within the market by # of listings, daily rate, occupancy, projected revenue, and "market grade."

Seems like a simple exercise, but I suspect you will find it enlightening. 

Hello everyone, I’m new to the investing world, reading the books, blogs, listening to podcasts, analyzing properties, etc on a daily basis.

Per Brandon's (and everyone's) advice I am taking consistent daily action towards my first investment deal, starting with familiarizing myself with the Bigger Pockets Calculators.
