Hey all,I’m new to this forum so bear with me... it seems like a good tool to use though.I’m looking into getting into subletting various leases for homes thru Airbnb and am curious what everyone’s take on how to find and connect directly with landlords would be.While it would be time consuming, you could isolate the area and homes you’re interested in engaging into a lease agreement with and message those hosts that are already on Airbnb to take over management of the property via lease/sublet combo. 

If you really look around you'll notice you don't ever find any highly successful and reputable investors who are engaging in lease option business.

Most importantly you need to engage qualified and experienced Alaska licensed counsel. 

It might seem like only a big player can do this, but if you bought several properties in a few zip codes in your target market, and get to know realtors, you'll get access to those deals too. 

I’m sure you engage in the same fear mongering in your paid consultation that you have demonstrated here, turning a legal consultation into a sales pitch.
