Nope, no proof of anything that I know of, but keepyou eye on the corporates cherry picking for bulk purchases for rentals.Some time ago I simply asked if a local regional bank would entertain the tough of me taking all foreclosures and they were rather egar to talk to me, I said well, I'll investigate further and let them know, but how to hedge against the trash around here would be a problem, so nothing on that front!

If you do a google search, you'll find several sites that allow you to set up a corporation in any state, by filling out the online forms.

I will be buying through an LLC which has a PO Box, so I could maintain a fairly formal corporate vibe if that's desirable, and I tend to think it is.

An example, some small c-stores need 250K to acquire another store, it's rural, a small deal, past the lending area for many, a real pain to make and not worth the brain damage for a bank....now steps in the HML, get's the place under the corporate system, up and running, then refi it conventionally in 3 years.Capital requirements may not meet the banks idea of cash reserves, but if I can see from inventory turn over, file a UCC lien on inventory purchased, have access to the books and deposits, I can be assured the deal is solid enough.
