I have considered them before as I like Vegas but I think you have to go there a lot to get your money's worth and most people that go there a lot are gambling and thus getting comped rooms anyway so they don't need to pay for a room.

Im looking forward to making some friends in the business, I have a lot to learn haha. 

There are numerous reasons why I would like to start with MF, rather than SFR (economies of scale, fewer investors to compete with, allows for use of professional management, etc.).

Gonna buy it around Christmas time as 400$ is a lot to a college student!
