For those of you who have developed subdivisions internationally, what was the cost per lot that you incurred while applying services?

I've found that houses in the Morrow and Ellenwood section of the county make better rentals than houses near Hartsfield Jackson International Airport.

They may have an internal policy that they are just not going to do it for the appearance of wrong doing.

So you have to just worry about the internal.

Now, if the GC can show that those fees were for running the internal house besides the pure labor of those performing the work or materials, then I can see how that can start to make sense.
