Anybody who is telling you that you may not administratively manage an IRA owned property is facilitating their business model rather than providing solid legal guidance.What we do work with is the framework if the IRS guidelines as outlined in IRS publication 590 A & B and Internal Revenue Code section 4975 dealing with disqualified parties.

I'd be interested in networking/partnering/interning (LOL I'm serious) with local investors/wholesalers/realtors to get some hands on experience spotting potential deals, estimating rehabs, marketing etc.Thanks-Malik

I think it helps to work with and participate in deals as an intern or apprentice to understand how to get over the first few deals.

But my partner and I have a program for international and out of state investors like yourself.
