I am analyzing deals daily and came across a 4-plex MF that has been on the MLS for 22 days as of today.

So today they clarified they wouldn't drop below $360k ($5k below current ask), though we offered our BAFO as reply to 2nd counter. 

The reason flippers ( which is what turn key companies are they are flipping for profit) exist today is the huge demand for return dollars on leverage..

I have had a few mentors in my life and I certainly would not be in the position I am today without them.

I'm sure the way the real estate investing world is today that there are people out there that wholesale MHs. 

I currently work in customer service for a tech company but am considering a career change to being a home appraiser or home inspector.I am in Canada and have looked at the requirements, however I was wondering if there are any appraisers or inspectors in the group who can speak to the actual careers and day to day of the jobs.Do you enjoy the job?
