To answer your question, what i really want to hear from a wholesaler is that they have found the deal of my dreams that fits my criteria to the T.

However, it may have been that they meant that they account for income tax, SS tax, etc.

We offered him more for the purchase, which in turn meant he had leverage to go back to the first guy and say hurry up or you will lose it.In this instance, it became a scenario where he either would burn the first guy and hurt that relationship or tell us that he had to stick with the first and he would talk to us sooner next time and give us a chance.

He also lied about the timeline and function of my heating systems in December/January which meant I had to find another place to live for two months.My biggest piece of advice is to network in your chosen area and get solid references well a head of time.
