The Department of Housing and Urban Development has clarified that undocumented persons do have the protection of the FHA where they are denied housing based on any of the listed classes.

This strategy is something I developed during Covid and have stuck with since I rarely found success with the in-person group networking events (likely my fault, not the events').

Builders of single family homes in a development are usually building to sell them to homeowners, not rent to tenants.

There is a lot of growth and development in the residential sector but there is also a huge amount of growth in the industrial sector as well.

There are at least 20 developed countries with lower interest rates. 

So much development in 7 short months. 

I'd like to develop a solid business plan but to honest I'm not sure where to start or what all to include in a well formed business plan.

I would first say it depends on how many properties you wish to purchase, the size of the properties (land square meters) and which area/zone you plan on investing, and if you plan to take on commerce and labor activities such as building and developing.  

Here are my thoughts: Cons:- The developer takes most of the margin (Expensive).- Limited upside (no sweat-equity)Pros:- No improvements are needed.- More longevity (Easier modeling of CAPEX)- More lucrative/easier to rent.Did I miss anything?

I'll need to find or develop a decent spreadsheet for cost estimates now.
