but great thread and its nice to talk both sides of the transaction for others to understand how this all works behind the scenes.LIke @Chris Mason who does loans.. he does not write policy he can't make a wink and a nod an give you a loan because of super duper LTV.. he has to go by guidelines.. all cheap money does.now you go private or Hard and we make the rules..
