( door Hangers) then on the weekends my mom would drive 4 or 5 of us kids ot neighborhoods and we would hang them on the doors... the leads came stgraight to my dad... ( company did not care they just wanted sales) he was soon the number one salesmen ... and went on to launch his own company... it was not uncommon in those days for good land salesmen to make in excess of 100k  a year .. that would be like 500k today or better... but they also lived it...

Right now, there's no commodity backing the influence points and everyone is an unlimited printing press of votes.

Obviously, this is not your most pressing issue now, but for planning purposes, keep it in mind.  

As with most any investor conference, REIA event or even local meetups...the value tends to come from the quality and quantity of interactions with those in attendance.

The problem was that I was unable to attend the informal conference and had to provide summaries and data proving my lower value.

In my jurisdiction the police do not need to find the individual on the property in order for you to press charges assuming you have served a no trespass notice on the individual and filed it with the police.In your case was a no trespass filed or was the neighbour simply given a verbal warning by the police.If you instruct your tenant to call the police ever time eventually they will get fed up and do something about the neighbour....the squeaky wheel gets the grease.

As far as the details, I assumed you think in a manner similar to myself and I'd be hard pressed to give a contractor that kind of money if I felt an inclinations they too were not attentive to details.
