But we made signs from neon-colored poster board, about 3-4 times the size of typical bandit signs, and attached them to tomato stakes.

You can advertise that on the back of the business card and leave them where ever you go, not just hand them out when someone asks for them.Heck, I had 1,000 businesses card printed up (front and back, full color) from GotPrint.com for $29 shipped.

There are a lot of polarizing opinions on BP about MF vs SFR, cash flow vs appreciation, self-management vs third party management, buy-and-hold vs flip, purchase vs lend...the list goes on...and most of those opinions are colored by member's individual experiences and less by respect for different investor's skills, their investing maturation, their personal situation and varying market opportunities.

The list from the property inspector primarily focuses on defects (defective water heater, etc) and the list from the property manager primarily focuses on cosmetic issues (property flow, paint colors, etc.).
