if the tenant didn't ask for you to pay for the dryer, then don't. i would pay to clean the dryer pipe out, it benefits you in the long run, that could have started a fire. but i would recommend getting rid of that flex pipe, it does nothing but trap lint, and hard pipe all connections. make sure all joints are taped together with metal duct tape, usually silver in color ( not regular duct tape) and do not screw joints together, that only traps lint.

They're both wrapped in the same package (Envelope) - SO, you don't actually know what color the letter is until you open it anyways...

If you think it does, then you don't understand who you are, and it won't matter what you call yourself.If you paint houses, but don't like the term "painter", it won't matter if you tell others you are a "surface color coordinator"...you still paint things.

Maybe allow the user to change paint colors, or if it's easy enough to separate the appliances or cabinets, maybe they could swap those out to see what it would look like with stainless vs. white appliances.

Instead of sending a letter, send a postcard and on the front of the postcard include a picture of the house you want to buy, and include, "I want to buy your house" in bold letters on the front over the picture.

If evicting for non-payment of rent, only the core rental agreement portion needs to be used in court.Too many rental agreements, especially those for large multi-family complexes, use small print, sometimes on triplicate colored paper, sometimes with grey ink, and thus difficult to read.

Do you get your money back and then some when you paint the exterior with a trendy white, cream, or grey color, vs leaving the brick as-is (assuming the brick is already in good condition)?
