Plus if you don't know what features you need now, you can start with the basic provided features and later on you've the space to add/build moreThe only cons with this mix, it needs a lot of technology tweaks to set it up the way you want and to automate it to the lowest level offered by other CRMs, which would cause some kind of frustration to start with very basic one like this, but believe me, it's worth all the effort you'd pay for it.However, if you are not a Tech-savvy guy who is always intrigued by new technology and new operations business model/strategies then I'd recommend other CRMs that provide all what you need with minimal effort.

I have DocuSign, DropBox, Office360, Google Keep, Google Calendar, Evernote.... but learning the real uses that make these apps SO powerful seems overwhelming... and I'm a tech guy!

They are a waste of money and require you to use their service techs, who will bandaid the problem over and over while charging large service call fees each time.
