My family just sold a property in Aspen.

Essentially how do we separate from partnering on each property when the time comes? 

In some cases up to 85% of the sales price of the property is accessible on purchase transactions. 

We need to analyze better the deal but looking at it and because is in Mesquite I feel that a rent to own may work.I have a property on my own where I am looking to explore this as well.

I currently have a more basic understanding, I've down quite a bit of the work for most of my properties. 

What kind of properties are you buying and why do you feel you need inspections?

I am planning to buy my first 2-family property in Schenectady and is curious to know how the rental market has been in past 1 or 2 years in Schenectady and what are the projections, and if anyone has a recent experience with a similar purchase.

There's so much you could do with a property like that!

Changing the deed into an LLC will probably prompt the mortgage company to call the loan - you will have to pay the loan immediately because the property is no longer owned in the same entity that originally got the mortgage.

Did it make real estate investing more easy or hard?
