, and it's not a knock on people moving here from CA (they're great people and the growth they bring has a lot of positive impacts on the area) - it's just my 2 cents on the issue.

The 2 months late on the abatement ended up costing a total of 5 months due to the abatement issues and the impacts from Covid.

The tree guy may very well be able to reshingle the damaged area, but I would want to look in the attic and make sure none of the rafters or trusses were broken from the impact.

Things like how buildable that land is, or the total impact to future buildability come into play.
