Should be in the thousands for a good quality long term item My guess is many are paid for reviews then the negative reviews come in after a few months to a year of use.

I know taxes are a bit more complex as Dual member...)Also, I have an LLC and own a property free & clear (which I do now) and do a cash out- can I take that cash as a draw for personal use / investing or is would that be co-mingling effectively negating the point of the LLC?

I will rent to someone who has never been evicted, has positive references from past landlords, and makes 3x rent, but has a low credit score of 525 (maybe because they missed a few medical bills or whatnot) any day over a person with a higher credit score (say 650) but has had an eviction filed against them, or has negative references.
