@Ndy Onyido frankly I expected quite a few more posts with your point of view.One thing that gets lost in all of this is the personal interaction.. the inflections the enthusiasm that comes with belly to belly and or at least over the phone..I have to hand it to anyone who could learn this business by just reading on the internet I know I could NOT ..

Getting to control the design based on how we want the end product to be used and interacted with, how it effects the environment and how it enhances the local community versus just getting as much profit as possible is something architects dream of for a client like that.

So interact like one and ask about their personal gig.

For me though, I appreciated that they dealt with that portion of the interaction especially since i was far too busy at my full time job to be able to have dealt with the calls.I hope this helps- please feel free to reach out to me again.

Is the issue in the presentation of the deal, in other words, the marketing side coupled with human interaction lacking the pertinent factors that make it a win-win?
