You should have a relationship with a lender with them knowing what your plan is before you try and put anything under contract..Also you need to be prepared to at least contribute in submitting the earnest money and funds for due diligence (inspection, ESA and appraisal)..

Anyone have any experiences or thoughts on that likelihood.I understand that closing and doing inspections are still happening for the most part and that repairs shouldn’t be an issue but I’m no sure about getting tenants. 2nd question is if you get tenants are they going to be trying to avoid rent payments?
