@Connor Coyle I would ask the lender what you could do that would have the biggest impact first.  

Those all impact the rent pretty significantly...that being said, I'd love to rent the place next year for the recommended $2250. 

However, COVID will impact that market very strongly in this next few years. 

A listing agent on a Foreclosure has zero impact on what offer is accepted.

A claim usually impacts your rates for 5 years, it even can on policies at other addresses as well.

The goal is to avoid surprises, understand what challenges may be present, and what impact the results of inspections may have on our future operations of the park.The contractor inspections should always include electrical, plumbing, and septic/sewer (to address the underground infrastructure) but also can include pool, home inspections, asphalt, and more, depending on the park.

I should have kept it.One important consideration, though - carrying debt on rental properties will obviously impact your ability to borrow money if, for any reason (move, job, personal desire, whatever!) 

The quick move-in definitely can make an impact.
