I usually prospect for listings in my own market, however I would like to refer people who want to list to my colleagues in other markets.When someone doesn't want to sell yet, I get their email and plug it into my database.

When I view a post and then attempt to go back (using the "back" button in my Firefox 91.0.1 browser) to where I was, I get bounced to the beginning of the posts in that forum, even if I was several pages deep. 

If they're grumpy and throwing a fit, they may have a legitimate physiological need for a nap (and it is ridiculous to have developmentally inappropriate expectations of their self-control--I get cranky when I'm tired, too, even now!
