I have found that I get the best reviews and the most timely reviews when I am quick to complete my review, then send them a note letting them know that: I appreciated them as guests; I just left them a 5 star review; and it would mean a lot if they could do the same for me as reviews are very important for my small business.

I get this question a lot, so I dedicated the last 1/3 of my new BP book on self storage investing to this topic.

Should I get lucky enough to gain another property, I may also attempt to rent out my primary home after the refinance, and BRRR the next property. 

@Rick Pozos I think of I get the roof replaced for 10K yes the proce would increase.

@Jason Breton I live in Denver and I get a couple deals a day from wholesalers.

I don't know what your lending situation is, but I might try to rethink "how can I get a loan?". 

Plus the cashflow is more important than the time commitment once I get it rolling from what I've read. 

They agreed to stay in a hotel that I paid for while I get a crew to put in some emergency supports in the morning.

I invest where I live, I get them in a good condition, I vet all tenants and I have strict rules.
