I should add that one of the tenants took it upon himself to call the painting firm engaged by the condominium corporation and to level these accusations to the owner.

I'm very amazed at stories where people purchase multiple properties a year.

I was so upset that I let this happen that immediately I engaged in learning all types of new strategy to help me avoid this from happening in the future.
