I've found it much easier to manage one calendar per property and sync it out to the various vacation rental sites than maintaining multiple calendars across multiple sites. 

I like Grasshopper if you have multiple departments - personally I've been using Google Voice to separate personal and business calls.

We were advised multiple times that there could be an extremely long waiting period to hear anything back from the bank but not much about hold ups after the bank accepts. 

I'm willing to pay for quality but I also need reliability. i think a lot of contractors try to take on multiple projects at the same time and that's where they run into trouble.

Make sure you always have multiple exit strategies.

The lender finally dropped the price low enough that there was multiple offers.

I passed all of it the first time over 12 years ago but I am a test nerd and can study right before tests and do well.In later years I took the broker test and that was a very tough test.When I took the agent it was easy multiple choice.

Saving 40-60k each time I want to buy a rental is gonna take way too long.Anywho I'm happy to be here and cant wait to start "engaging".

I'd love to have one broker, but with properties in multiple states I haven't yet found a good one that can underwrite everything.
