I've found it much easier to manage one calendar per property and sync it out to the various vacation rental sites than maintaining multiple calendars across multiple sites.

I like Grasshopper if you have multiple departments - personally I've been using Google Voice to separate personal and business calls.

I passed all of it the first time over 12 years ago but I am a test nerd and can study right before tests and do well.In later years I took the broker test and that was a very tough test.When I took the agent it was easy multiple choice.
