Has anyone had to get General Liability Insurance for their wholesaling business?

Hello all, new to wholesaling and just looking to get some insight on to which platform people prefer for wholesaling.

Any recommendations for cold calling lists for either Wholesaling, or retail selling ( I am a realtor / flipper / associate architect).

Unfortunately it can be difficult to identify legitimate offerings both on the lending and wholesaling side but if you stick to larger more reputable groups you should be in good shape.As far as requirements, hard money / private money lenders will typically require you to put at least 10% down on the purchase, often more.

That's some serious bottom feeder wholesaling right there.

You are going in exactly the wrong direction if you are newer to wholesaling.

Say for instance I am wholesaling a property that I just got under contract today and on the contract,I put the closing date 30 days out.
