We are continually working to make trading notes as easy and seamless as possible. 

Pro tenant, terrible RTPs, appreciation really isn't there to trade equity, stickier terms for foreign investors. 

These mortgage bonds trade with a spread, or higher amount of rate/return needed, versus the Treasury bonds to account for the higher risks.

We do however expect the second half of this year to really pick up in terms of trades.

When it comes to cash flow versus appreciation, there's a bit of a trade-off.

Knowing what type of value it will trade for when stabilized, to make sure you have appreciation for your efforts.  

As @Charles Carillo said, you can make the most of that time, but most people just waste the 4-5 years and then end up doing something unrelated to their degree field anyway.Maybe look into a Trade School, like an electrical one....nice clean work that pays really well.

not sure about the denigration of the trades, for a different example.
