I'll echo what Kyle McCaw says about the shortage of quality professional contractors in WF. 

We have been operating an airbnb for 4 years in a market where cleaning fee charges to the customer are low and actual cleaning fees are high due to a shortage of hospitality workers in the area due to cost of living.

Pittsburgh has a severe shortage of competent renovation tradesmen and it takes a long time and a lot of luck to find good people to work with reliably.

Due to the national housing shortage, the government is trying to slow down investment loans in hopes of allowing first time home buyers an easier shot at finding a home. 

Rents and housing prices will go up because we're in a major housing supply shortage, and as more millennial try to enter the market while baby boomers are not leaving, we'll have an even worse crunch than right now before that normalizes as well. 

The warranty company said usually this takes a few days, but currently there is a part shortage so it's taking longer.
